Our French Gite Rental Prices
Our gite rental prices are very competitive, however, to keep the prices as low as possible we ask for a non-refundable deposit (see below for amount) per booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
Any customer who has not paid in full; 8 weeks prior to their holiday, will be contacted, but if the balance is not forthcoming they will be deemed to have cancelled their booking and the Gite will be offered as available to rent. In the first instance please use our booking enquiry form. We will reply within 24 hrs of receipt, alternatively you can contact us by phone (number listed at the bottom of the menu area) or by email.

Cooking electricity, lighting, heating and water are included in the rent. Duvets, pillows, towels and weekly linen change are included. A cot, baby bath and high chair are available on request at no extra charge.
All damage and breakages must be paid for.
Day to day cleaning is the responsibility of visitors and the gite should be left in a clean condition on departure. Please note the Gite is available for arrivals from 16:00hrs to 22:00hrs each Saturday. Departures should be completed by 10:00hrs Saturday.
We allow pets in the Gite, but please contact us and let us know first.
